The common form of traditional hierarchical management structure is applied to Anonymous Design Studio. In this structure, one director at the top set directions and policies, which are passed down to senior then junior designers (current company structure in 2012, see figure 2.3.1).
We are different because we have a very small work environment, essentially we have only three people in team and site manager is usually on site, day in day out we are very close together. All the team members are all very experienced and the company has an efficient way of working at producing drawings.
I believe employee numbers are not a reflection to our creative ability. Small business is generally the way companies adapt to the industry in landscape architecture. Small, medium and large size companies all have a chance to become successful and profitable by efficiently utilizing the resources
